I am a VISUAL ARTIST and an AUTHOR.

Put simply - I enjoy joy, and I look for ways to bring that into my illustration practice, whether that be for a book, a poster, or a theater mural.

Sometimes my stories gravitate around my country of origin, Portugal, but my present guides me towards whatever tomorrow might bring, wherever that may be.

In my toolbox of experiments, I carry a multitude of colors and shapes and textures that might include found objects, or stencils and brushes, all my to-do lists and an ever expanding constellation of references.
